New to this board- Looking for picture of Dennis Danell

Hey everyone,
I'm a newbie here. A friend who frequents this board and the johnny cash board told me about it. I'm a rabid Cash fan but a pretty big Social D. fan too.
Just to offer my "credentials", I'm going to see Soc.D in a couple of weeks in NJ (taking my 11 year old son too...yeah I'm an "old man") and I have the dancing skel logo tattooed on my forearm. Within the next couple of weeks, I'm getting Mike's solo project's logo (the skel with the bass and cowboy hat) tattoed on my other forearm.

Anyway, I'm looking for a good picture of Dennis Danell for an art project I'm doing. I'm covering an old, unplayable guitar with images of important deceased musicians as a tribute. Dennis should be on there along with the likes of Johnny Cash, The Ramones, Hendrix, Sid, and a gazillion other important deceased musicians.

Also if anyone has a larger version of Mike's solo logo that would be cool. I've enlarged the picture of it from Under the INfluences but it's still kinda blurred. I drew my rendition, which looks OK but if I can get the exact logo at a larger size that would be ideal.

Hopefully, you won't think I'm just a blabber mouth (which I am)...The Johnny Cash board is the only one I've ever been a member of and this is the second.
So let me know if anyone can help me out.

Warm welcome to you Tony [img]graemlins/heart.gif[/img] I think you'll find someone here who can send you a good picture of Dennis. I also think you should post a picture of the work you've done so far on your guitar! It's magnificent! Lots of other musicians and music lovers post here, and I know they'll appreciate your project. As you've probably noticed, there's already a message about posting artwork, so you see, you have much in common.

And as for age we have everyone here from 5 to 65. Heck, Mike is in his forties! You are a Social Distortion lover, and so are we. You belong here! Again, WELCOME!!!!

I wish I could post photos...I've been trying to get photos to post on the CASH board for years...If you can post pics, will put it up for me? I can email it to you or you can pull it from the Cash board.

Thanks for telling me about this place. I've read a lot of the posts and most seem like pretty cool people. I just have to remember when I go back to the Cash board that I can't say FUCK there...LOL

My son, Nate, may join this board after seeing Social D live in a couple of weeks. He really busted my balls to get him a ticket. He's lucky it's an all ages show.

Thanks for the picture Crash.

I didn't want to use one of the "posed" shots from an album. The one in the back of S,L &R&R, is pretty good but it's too small for the space I want to fill.

I'll add it to my guitar tonight if all goes well.

I had a freind scan a picture of the guitar I'm working on. It's not playable, so it'll get mounted somewhere when I'm done. Wanna put Dennis in the blank spot just below and to the right of Sid Vicious.

This and the Johnny Cash Forum are the only one's I've ever had any interest in. Most Forums seem like a bunch of assholes trying to prove something that I don't care about.
I like it here and the cool people I've met.
So now I'm a regular here and at Cash's.

i love the guitar tony!!! I think a great photo of dennis would be of him on the back of the S/T cd. the one with him holding the guitar with the flames. Anyways, I noticed that you left off my guitar hero and I was wondering if its on purpose or not? You cant forget Stevie Ray Vaughn can you? cheers
